KEYWORDS: Constipation Adolescent Oil Pulling
INTRODUCTION:
Oil pulling is said to be a
powerful mean of maintaining good health as well as an effective cure for a

agent in maintaining and improving health. (Asokan,
2008)
NEED FOR THE STUDY:
Karach (1991), he proposed oil pulling in a
conference of oncologists and backriologist. Academy
of science UDSSD. Sipping and sucking oil in the mouth is a fantastic
biological healing process. Results of healing process cause astonishment and
doubts and by practicing on can see the results in one’s own body and get convinced.
It is totally harmless and simple. Different illness could be totally harmless
and simple. Different illness could be totally cured without surgery or
medicines. This heals cells. tissues and all other organs at once by removing
the germs in the mount that cause destruction of organs.
Survey was conducted by Andrajyothi the Telungu Daily, in
India 1996. To find out the types of disease cured and effectiveness of oil
pulling. Out of a total of 1041 respondents 927 (89%) reported cure of one or
more disease. People who diet not report any were 114 (11%). They analysis
indicated cure of the many type of chronic disease by oil pulling.

LITERATURE REVIEW:
Oil pulling therapy was
introduced to around 150 women’s workers in the factory. They report to the
factory in the morning between 6 to 7 am. The benefits of the therapy were
explained. Oil was distributed to them free of cost. After 25 days ascertained
their impression regarding oil pulling results. It produces on their body. Oil
pulling curs various type of aliments collected their opinion under the bases
of four categories very good, good, average, no effect. The result of 144
workers who have done oil pull for 40 days very good 23(16%), good 58 (40%)
average 56 (39%) no effect 7(5%).

problems(191), blood pressure (74) cold and head ache (658), result of oil pulling
is one of the most effective end inexpensive healing methodologies or practice
addressing wide range of health consumers in world of preventive
medicine(Bruce, 2011).
Studies have shown that after
just 45 days of oil pulling in 100 old age peoples there is significant reduces
in constipation (30%), allergies (49%), arthritis (9.48%) water retention
(11.5%) in oil pulling oil combined with the salivary alkali starch to saponifi oil or turn into soap removes wastes through the
task buds and studies also show lower bacterial count after oil pulling(Mint
